Status Management

Assign statuses to contacts representing their progress or condition in your sales or engagement pipeline. Color-coded for quick identification.

Status Management
  • What is Status Management? : Track contact lifecycle
    • Purpose : Assign different statuses to contacts representing progress or condition
    • Examples : New, In Progress, Contacted, Qualified, Closed
    • Visual : Each status can be color-coded for quick identification

Status Table

  • Status Table Columns : What you see
    • ID : A unique identifier for each status
    • Name : The label assigned to the status
    • Color : A colored dot representing the status color
    • Action : Buttons to Edit or Delete a status

You can also: Search by name/type, Hide or show columns for cleaner view.


Adding a New Status

Create Status
  • Adding a New Status : Steps
    • 1. Click : + New Status button at the top left
    • 2. Enter Name : Descriptive name (e.g., Follow-Up Needed)
    • 3. Choose Color : Pick a hex code or use the color picker
    • 4. Click Submit : Save the new status

Your new status will immediately appear in the table and be available for assignment to contacts.

Source Management

Track the origin of your contacts and leads. Knowing which platforms or channels your customers come from helps optimize marketing strategies and increase sales.

Adding a New Source

Add Source
  • Adding a New Source : Steps
    • 1. Click : + New Source button at the top left
    • 2. Enter Name : Descriptive name (e.g., Facebook, Referral)
    • 3. Click Submit : Save the new source
    • Naming Tip : Use consistent conventions (e.g., always "Facebook" not "FB")

Note: Deleting a source will remove it from the system. Ensure it's no longer assigned to any contacts before deleting.
