Stop Bot

Temporarily pause bot automations when specific keywords are detected, then optionally auto-resume after a set time.

Stop Bots Keyword

  • 1) Stop Bots Keyword : Define one or more keywords that pause the bot
    • Input Field : Type a keyword and press Enter to add it as a tag (e.g., stop)
    • Multiple Keywords : Add multiple tags to catch common stop commands/phrases
    • Usage Example : If a user sends a message containing stop, the bot stops responding for that chat

Restart Bots After

  • 2) Restart Bots After : Auto-resume bot replies after a delay
    • Field Type : Number (hours)
    • Behavior : After the configured hours, the bot resumes automatically
    • Example : Set 2 to resume bot replies 2 hours after a stop keyword is detected
    • Benefit : Prevents permanent downtime from accidental stop commands

Save Changes

  • 3) Save Changes : Apply your settings
    • Action : Click Save Changes (bottom-right) to store your configuration
    • Effect : New stop/resume rules take effect immediately
